Canister "Vivano" 800ml

Exudate Canister for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Vivano Tec Exudate Canister is a single-use, sterile canister for collecting wound exudate as part of TRNT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy, Negative Pressure Wound Therapy or Vacuum Wound Therapy) using the Vivano system.

Vivano Tec Exudate Canister is made of a mixture of polymer materials - polyethylene/polypropylene (PE/PP). The soft components of the canister are made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) based on SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene).

The double-lumen tube is made of soft polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with trioctyl trimellitate (TOTM) plasticizer. Tube length: (1.8±0.1) m.

The connector is made of ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene- styrene copolymer), the sealing rings are made of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer. The filters (filtration system) are made of sintered polyethylene (PE) and contain CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose) (one of the filters contains activated carbon) and have the following characteristics:

• a quick-connect connector for connecting to the Vivano Tec Port;
• two hydrophobic bacterial filters, one of which contains activated carbon;
• mini-package with superabsorbent polymer for thickening wound exudate.

Filtration technology prevents liquids, bacteria and odors from entering the interior of the negative pressure wound therapy device.

The VivanoTec Exudate Canister connects to the back of the Vivano@Tec device. Surplus wound exudate is transferred from the wound by a suction mechanism and diverted into the Vivano@Tec Exudate Canister. Negative pressure is created due to suction on the wound and inside the wound dressing. This contributes to the accelerated healing of wounds. Indications for use

The Vivano@ system is used in the treatment of wounds with tissue damage, promoting their healing by secondary tension. The Vivano system can be used on intact skin and wounds healing by primary tension, if direct contact with the underlying structures is not possible due to a contact multilayer dressing applied to the wound.

The use of the VivanoTec Exudate Canister in combination with the Vivano System is In recommended in the treatment of the following types of wounds:

• Chronic wounds
• Fresh wounds Traumatic wounds
• Wounds with divergent edges
• Infected wounds
• Ulcers (such as pressure ulcers or diabetic ulcers)
• Transplants
• Second degree burns
• Surgical incisions (only if there is a suitable protective contact bandage on the wound, for example, Atrauman Silicone)

VivanoTec Exudate Canister can be used both in hospital and at home.
