Cosmopor I.V. is a sterile self-adhesive dressing designed for securing catheters, cannulas, and other medical devices. It provides excellent absorption, reliably protects the wound site, and maintains a sterile environment.

It securely fixes medical devices in place and ensures the wound area remains sterile.

Instructions for use:

·       Clean and prepare the catheter insertion site according to medical standards

·       Dry the skin around the insertion site

·       Open the Cosmopor I.V. package and carefully remove the protective layer

·       Place the dressing over the catheter insertion site, ensuring a secure fit

·       Gradually remove the remaining protective film while gently pressing the dressing onto the skin 

Indications for use:

·       Fixation of various types of catheters (intravenous, urinary, etc.) to prevent shifting or accidental removal

·       Maintaining a sterile environment around the catheter insertion site

·       Protection of wounds and surgical sites from external factors and infection 

Contraindications and precautions:

·       Do not use the dressing if the patient has an allergic reaction to any of its components

·       Carefully monitor the condition of the skin under the dressing to prevent irritation or rash

·       Change the dressing regularly according to medical recommendations
