Sterile calcium alginate dressing «Sorbalgon T» №1

Compound:

Bandage material: calcium alginate fibers.

Characteristics:

• Due to the gel-forming properties, a moist wound-healing environment is formed.

• Due to the non-woven material of the dressing, combined with its physical and chemical properties, the dressing has a high absorbency, which is especially important in the treatment of wounds with moderate to heavy exudation.

• The material follows the contours of the wound, preventing it from drying out.

Indications:

• Acute wounds: traumatic exuding wounds, burns of the 2nd and 3rd stage according to the doctor's recommendations, surgical wounds.

• Exuding chronic wounds: trophic ulcers of the lower extremities with varicose veins, decubitus ulcers, arterial trophic ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers.

• Infected wounds: bacteria are held by alginate fibers in the gel structure during the transformation process (gel formation)

Purpose:

• Deep wounds, cavities and pockets;

• Trophic venous and diabetic ulcers, bedsores;

• Deep cut and bleeding wounds, including traumatic wounds;

• Abscesses, boils, carbuncles.
