Absorbent sponge dressing «Hydrotac» №1

Hydrophilic sponge bandage "Hydrotac", the working surface of which is covered with a hydrogel mesh layer; has a gas-permeable, water-repellent and bacteria-proof outer layer made of polyurethane; sponge material quickly absorbs wound exudate without drying the wound bed; with relatively dry wounds, the hydrogel layer releases moisture and ensures the formation and maintenance of a moist environment, supporting the process of granulation and epithelialization; the dressing is soft and comfortable, provides a shock-absorbing effect and can be removed without damaging the wound․

Bandage HydroTak has the effect of primary setting to the skin; to fix the dressing for a longer period, suitable products should be used, for example, hypoallergenic surgical plasters or fixing bandages.

For wet therapy of wounds with low to moderate levels of exudation in the granulation and epithelialization stages, for example, for ulcers and decubitus; for the treatment of second-degree burns and donor wounds after bleeding has stopped.
