FlexiOH Short Leg Immobilizer is a lightweight, moldable orthopedic immobilizer designed for immobilization of the foot, ankle joint, and lower leg.
The immobilizer is made of a photosensitive polymer material that hardens when exposed to the light from the special RizyCure curing device. Once cured, it conforms to the anatomical shape of the patient’s limb, providing the necessary support and immobilization during the recovery period.
Its lightweight, breathable, and washable design provides enhanced patient comfort compared with conventional immobilization methods.

Indications for Use
FlexiOH Short Leg Immobilizer is intended for immobilization of the lower extremity in cases such as:
fractures of the lower leg around the ankle;
fractures of the foot bones;
severe ankle sprains and ligament injuries;
soft tissue injuries;
immobilization of muscles and tendons of the foot and ankle following surgery;
other conditions requiring immobilization of the foot and ankle, as determined by a healthcare professional.

The soft foam cushion is made of a biocompatible material tested according to ISO 10993-10, according to the manufacturer’s information.
Application
Measure the calf and forefoot circumference.
Select the appropriate immobilizer size.
Position the foot and ankle inside the immobilizer in the correct anatomical position.
Close the zippers and secure the fastening ties.
Cure the immobilizer using the RizyCure curing device.
Once the material has hardened, check the position of the limb and ensure proper fixation.
Application, positioning, and curing should be performed by a trained healthcare professional in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Care Instructions
The washable construction of FlexiOH allows for hygienic care of the skin and cleaning of the immobilizer surface.
After washing, remove excess water and allow the product to dry completely before further use.
Removal
FlexiOH should be removed by a healthcare professional using the removal method specified by the manufacturer.
During removal, the fastening elements should be released and the immobilizer separated according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
