FlexiOH® was developed as a modern alternative to traditional plaster immobilization, providing the necessary stabilization of the limb while offering greater comfort for patients during the recovery period.

How is FlexiOH® different from a traditional plaster cast?

Traditional plaster provides reliable immobilization of the limb, but prolonged immobilization can be associated with a number of inconveniences: the cast cannot be washed, skin ventilation is significantly limited, and the plaster itself is relatively heavy and requires special tools for removal.

FlexiOH® was designed to address these limitations.
